Job Title: Head of Commercial Property Department
Location: Midlands (Multiple Office Locations Available)
A leading law firm in the Midlands is seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to head their Commercial Property team. With multiple offices across the region, this role offers the flexibility to be based in any of their Midland's locations.
The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the Commercial Property department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal services while driving growth and development within the team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a professional to play a pivotal role in a firm that is expanding its reach and reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the Commercial Property department across all offices.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of solicitors and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Provide expert legal advice and services to clients on a wide range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and developments.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the department, enhance client relationships, and attract new business.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain the highest standards of professional conduct.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading and managing a Commercial Property team.
- Strong knowledge of commercial property law and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and teams.
- Strong business development skills.
