Commercial Property Manager

Beach Baker is seeking a highly skilled Surveyor - Commercial Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing selected properties under the guidance of the Regional Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations and reporting on properties or clients
- Partner with the Building Consultancy Team to support planned works and commission long-term asset replacement plans
- Oversee statutory and internal compliance, instruct audits, and ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements
- Authorize and review supplier payments, prepare funding requests, and provide due diligence support for client property purchases
- Read, review, and manage leases and documents to ensure occupier compliance with obligations and expectations
