Commercial Property Director

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Commercial Property to lead our team in the Midlands. As a key member of our firm, you will be responsible for managing and developing our Commercial Property department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal services and driving growth and development within the team.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage the Commercial Property department across all offices.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of solicitors and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Provide expert legal advice and services to clients on a wide range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and developments.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the department, enhance client relationships, and attract new business.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain the highest standards of professional conduct.
- Manage departmental budgets and contribute to the firm's financial objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver integrated legal solutions for clients.
- Substantial experience in commercial property law, with a strong track record of managing and leading a legal team.
- Proven expertise in handling complex commercial property transactions and advising clients on high-value matters.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong business development acumen and a strategic mindset.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- A proactive approach and the ability to drive initiatives forward.
