Position:
German-speaking Sales Engineer

Location:
Remote UK

Compensation:
£60,000 to £70,000 plus bonus and car allowance

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales initiatives and foster relationships with major accounts, focusing on the German and Eastern European markets.
  • Identify and pursue new business development opportunities to enhance the company's market presence.
  • Manage the growth of existing key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to uncover short, medium, and long-term sales opportunities.
  • Provide timely and accurate solutions to customer inquiries, showcasing product knowledge and expertise.
  • Monitor sales activities and report on performance metrics to track progress against targets.
  • Stay informed about competitor actions and market trends to strategically position the company’s offerings.
  • Collaborate with the sales director to communicate significant developments and opportunities.
  • Lead customer reviews to assess sales performance, delivery, quality, and cost metrics.

Candidate Profile:
  • Fluency in German at a business level, both written and spoken.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development, with confidence in engaging clients.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to manage large sales figures and complex orders.
  • Proficient in preparing reports and business correspondence.
  • Strong analytical skills to define problems and derive valid conclusions.
  • Willingness to travel within the EU/UK as part of the role.

Compensation Package:
£60,000 to £70,000 plus bonus and car allowance
