FRENCH SELECTION (FS)

Position: German-speaking Technical Account Manager
Location: Remote UK
Compensation: £60,000 to £70,000 plus Bonus and car allowance

About the Company:
A pioneering manufacturer recognized for delivering high-quality components essential for critical engineering applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales initiatives and promote the company's products and value-added services primarily to existing clients (70%) in the German and Eastern European markets.
- Identify and cultivate new business development opportunities that align with the company's strategic goals.
- Manage major accounts and facilitate organic growth within the DACH region and Eastern Europe.
- Develop actionable plans to secure new purchase orders and enhance business relationships.
- Assess and propose effective solutions for a variety of inquiries in a timely manner.
- Oversee and track sales activities related to significant contracts.
- Provide weekly reports to illustrate performance against targets and outline action plans.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the product range and its capabilities.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs within designated areas.
- Communicate significant developments and opportunities to the Sales Director proactively.
- Resolve conflicts effectively with the support of management.
- Conduct quarterly reviews with clients regarding sales performance, delivery, quality, and costs.

Candidate Profile:
- Proficient in German at a business level (both written and spoken).
- A confident sales professional with a proven track record in business development.
- Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Capable of managing large sales figures and understanding complex financial terms.
- Skilled in drafting reports, business correspondence, and procedural documentation.
- Able to present information and address inquiries from management and clients effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to identify problems, gather data, and draw valid conclusions.
- Willingness to travel within the EU/UK as part of the role.

Compensation: £60,000 to £70,000 plus Bonus and car allowance.
