About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Specialist Housing First Worker to join our team at Single Homeless Project. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing intensive support to clients who have experienced homelessness, helping them to achieve stability and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a small caseload of up to 7 clients, providing one-to-one support and working closely with external partner agencies and the local authority.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Work actively to ensure that the core principles of the Housing First Model are at the heart of achieving positive outcomes for our clients.
  • Have a good working knowledge of housing and the current welfare system, with a passion for supporting highly vulnerable adults.

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary and benefits package, including a salary increase after successfully completing six month's probationary period.
  • A 37.5 hour working week, including flexible working hours and core hours of 10am – 4pm in non-accommodation services.
