Position Overview:
As a Senior / Principal Infrastructure Engineer specializing in Windows systems, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions. This position is designed for individuals who are SC Cleared or can obtain SC Clearance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver secure, scalable, and robust infrastructure support.
  • Facilitate collaboration between Platform and Product teams.
  • Share knowledge and best practices through training and mentorship.
  • Oversee major incident management and technical problem-solving.
  • Conduct system reviews and audits, implementing necessary enhancements.
  • Regularly test and maintain effective disaster recovery plans.
  • Ensure high standards of system availability and security are upheld.

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in sustaining and enhancing the core platform of the organization, ensuring optimal operation of systems and addressing complex technical challenges.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in infrastructure management and technical leadership.
  • Expertise in Windows, Active Directory, Virtualization, Storage, and Security frameworks.
  • Background in designing, developing, and implementing IT Infrastructure Solutions.
  • Knowledge of ISO27k, CE+, PCI DSS, and related certifications.
  • Demonstrated success in managing secure environments, particularly in sensitive sectors.
  • A minimum of 5 years in a senior technical capacity.
