Job Summary

Swent Consulting, LLC. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our company's core platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Infrastructure Support: Provide robust, secure, and scalable infrastructure support to ensure high standards of system availability and security.
  • Platform Leadership: Bridge the gap between platform and product teams, developing and sharing best practices, offering training and guidance.
  • Incident Management: Lead major incident management and technical problem resolution, ensuring disaster recovery plans are regularly tested and effective.
  • System Reviews: Conduct regular system reviews, audits, and implement improvements to maintain high standards of system availability and security.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Extensive experience in infrastructure management and technical leadership, with proficiency in Windows, Active Directory, Virtualisation, Storage, and Security systems.
  • IT Infrastructure Solutions: Experience in designing, developing, and implementing IT infrastructure solutions, with familiarity with ISO27k, CE+, PCI DSS, and other accreditations.
  • Security Expertise: Proven track record in managing secure environments, such as police or defence sectors, with at least 5 years of experience in a senior technical role.
