We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Aspire People Limited. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with special educational needs in a primary school setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support pupils in the classroom, small groups, and one-to-one settings.
  2. Follow individualised support plans to help pupils achieve their full potential.
  3. Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.
  4. Provide emotional support and guidance to pupils, promoting their social, emotional, and academic development.
Requirements:
  1. Relevant experience working with children with special educational needs.
  2. Enhanced DBS clearance and two years of references.
  3. A genuine passion for supporting children with extra needs.
