Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at RBW Consulting. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for leading a small team and overseeing the quality management system across all European facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team of quality professionals and provide hands-on coaching, mentoring, and training to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct audits and investigations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of the business.
  • Develop and maintain quality procedures, work instructions, and training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a quality management role, preferably in a GMP environment.
  • Leadership and management experience, with a track record of developing and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including QMS oversight, auditing, and validation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
