**Job Summary**

We are seeking a Commercial Contracts Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for commercial and contract management of a portion of the 'Genco-541' responsible designer contract, in place between Edvance and NNB. The role will provide commercial expertise and support to the UK Engineering teams, including interfacing closely with the Paris-based HPC contract management team on the entire scope of the project.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage, coordinate, and negotiate a portfolio of varied and complex contractual events from inception to implementation.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to respond to emergent contractual topics and issues.
  • Provide commercial and contractual subject matter expertise to the Engineering teams, both in the UK and in France.
  • Produce, analyze, and present financial, contractual, and commercial data to internal project teams as well as the client.
  • Coordinate with Change, Cost, Risk, and Schedule teams to ensure coherent and consistent project progress.
  • Plan, prepare, and negotiate offers as part of an offer team.
  • Implement all commercial and financial governance requirements.
  • Operate in accordance with the EPR-E Information Management System (IMS), rules, and procedures to ensure that all contracts are administered within delegation of authority and the overall EPR-E governance/assurance regime.

**Requirements**

  • At least 8 years of professional experience in Contract Management on complex and multicultural industrial and infrastructure projects (energy, construction, transportation, or defense industry), with clear knowledge of best practice contract methodologies.
  • CIPS accreditation.
  • Knowledge of risk and claims management.
  • Educated to degree level.
  • Specific knowledge of UK law and its impact upon the contractual and commercial functions.
