Nexus Care Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Specialist Carer to provide support to an 18-year-old woman in the Atherstone area.

This young woman has a learning age much younger than her chronological age. She utilizes a wheelchair for mobility, but can independently wheel herself and requires assistance with transfers using a ceiling track hoist.

About the Role
  • The primary focus of this role is to provide engaging social interaction and personalized care in the evenings and on Sundays.
  • You will be responsible for assisting with personal care routines, including the operation of a Gravity PEG system.
Requirements

To be successful in this position, you must possess:

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience working in a care setting.
  • A genuine passion for supporting individuals with diverse needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
