Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive financial strategy to support the business's growth plans and drive value creation.
  • Lead the finance function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including Private Equity investors, banks, and other external partners.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CFO or Financial Director in a Private Equity-backed business or a similar environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing finance team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.
