Key Responsibilities:

  • Be an integral member of the Executive Leadership Team, shaping effective commercial strategies and operational strength.

  • Supervise the ENTHUSE Charitable Trust, nurturing a strategic partnership that advances both organizations.

Supporting Responsibilities:

  • Deliver financial presentations to the Board, Trustees, and senior management.
  • Oversee budgets and financial forecasts, evaluating business risks to guide strategic choices.
  • Collaborate with managers to ensure maximum impact and value from our resources.
  • Strengthen governance, compliance, and risk management, assessing legal frameworks to support strategic objectives.
  • Ensure innovation, legal adherence, and creativity underpin the financial support for STEM Learning and the Trust.
