Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

Brandon James Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Plymouth office. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing significant local commissions, supervising projects across the South Coast of England, and providing guidance to junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage significant local commissions autonomously
  • Supervise projects across the South Coast of England
  • Provide guidance to junior team members
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the team
Requirements
  • RICS Accredited degree qualification
  • MRICS ideally or working towards
  • Property / Real Estate sector background
  • Strong Quantity Surveying background within a UK Consultancy
  • Strong Pre & Post Contract Experience
  • Valid Driving License
