Senior Quantity Surveyor – Plymouth

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at RGB Recruitment. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring project financial completion and mitigating risks.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Maximize commercial efficiency while reducing risk profile
• Prepare internal commercial reporting and other reports as required
• Prepare tender enquires for subcontract works packages and analyze tender returns
• Prepare valuations and applications for payment with supporting documentation
• Administer subcontractor/supplier accounts from requisition preparation to final account agreement

**Requirements**

• HNC or equivalent in construction
• Experience in main contracting/large value projects/NEC contract
• Strong written and oral communication skills and negotiation
• Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office and Project
• Relevant driving license
