Job Title: Trade Desk Representative

At Interactive Brokers, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Trade Desk Representative to join our team in London. As a Trade Desk Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients, ensuring their trading needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of financial markets, margin methodologies, and execution platforms to clients.
  • Assist clients with trading systems and administrative portals to align with our self-service and highly automated business model.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Quality Assurance, to resolve client complaints and improve overall client experience.
  • Analyze existing systems and procedures to recommend enhancements and contribute to the development of client service systems, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • University degree in finance, economics, or relevant work-based experience.
  • Minimum of two years of financial industry experience.
  • Excellent product knowledge, including Equities, Options, Futures, and Fixed Income.
  • Strong PC technologies proficiency, including Advanced Excel and Office Suite.
  • Trouble-shooter with a critical thinking mindset and passion for technology and financial markets.
  • Self-starter with ability to handle stress and work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Additional languages required: German or Italian.
