Homeless Prevention and Solutions Officer
**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Homeless Prevention and Solutions Officer to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our public sector team, you will play a vital role in supporting homeless households and providing personalized solutions to help them achieve stability and independence.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assess and interview homeless households to identify their needs and develop personalized housing plans
* Conduct housing needs assessments and issue statutory decisions to discharge/end duties in accordance with the homelessness legislation
* Interview and participate in duty rota, performing in-office duties related to the role
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective service delivery and meet service needs
**What We Offer**
* Competitive hourly rate of £19.41 (PAYE) or £25.10 (Umbrella), increasing to £26.50 (Umbrella) after 13 weeks
* Up to 29 days paid annual leave (increasing to up to 40 days after 13 weeks) for PAYE employees
* Hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days in office and flexibility to meet service needs
* IT equipment provided
