We are seeking a Finance Partner to support our Production Finance team, specifically aligned with our operations. This role is pivotal as we undergo significant investments in our facilities, presenting an exciting opportunity to be part of the leadership team. You will report to the Senior Finance Partner and collaborate with a group of skilled finance professionals, contributing to business planning and the long-term strategic vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with operations and leadership to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to overall site performance metrics, providing insights beyond finance.
- Oversee the financial forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and ownership within the site team.
- Ensure precise product costings and strive for minimal EBIT variance.
- Review and approve all financial business cases, including capital expenditures.
- Validate financial statements, including profit and loss and balance sheet, ensuring accurate year-end stock counts.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have experience in a finance role within a supply chain context. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data are essential. Excellent communication and organizational skills are necessary to foster relationships across various departments. Proficiency in Office Applications, particularly advanced Excel, is required, and familiarity with SAP is a plus.
