Job Title: EMEA Sales Director for Broadcom's CA Portfolio

Arrow Electronics, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled EMEA Sales Director to spearhead the sales strategy for Broadcom's CA portfolio in EMEA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve financial and business goals
  • Lead a team of EMEA business developers to drive sales performance
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives and senior management
  • Collaborate with internal departments and partners to achieve business objectives
  • Design and develop sales campaigns with marketing strategists to target commercial customers
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in the technology sector, particularly within the IT industry
  • Experience managing customer relationships, sales processes, and programs
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time
  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in additional European languages a plus
  • Experience with strategic sales initiatives and marketing collaborations
