**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Requirements**

We are seeking a passionate and motivated individual with a minimum of 2 years of experience managing a standalone store, preferably in the health and beauty industry. You should be a confident communicator with excellent MS Office, Excel, and Sharepoint skills. Strong leadership and teamwork skills are essential, as you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and treat everyone with honesty, kindness, and respect.

This role requires a self-starter with impeccable standards, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and evenings. You should possess positive energy and a desire to coach others and help them achieve their full potential, while motivating them with your passion for customer service.
