Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Service Support Advisor. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, resolving their issues efficiently, and ensuring their complete satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer calls, emails, and other forms of communication in a timely and professional manner.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints, quickly and patiently, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Finance, and Spares, to resolve customer issues and provide seamless support.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, providing them with updates on their repair calls, advising them of any delays or job status.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate customer information on our CRM system, ensuring that all relevant details are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Support Business Development Managers with ad hoc tasks, as required.
Requirements:
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in an inbound customer service role, preferably in a B2B or SME environment.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent telephone manner, able to remain calm under pressure, and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Methodical and Organized: Methodical and organized, with a keen eye for detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Team Player: A team player, able to work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve common goals.
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of CRM software, preferably SAP, and ability to learn new systems quickly.
