About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced People & Culture Advisor to join our team at O'Brien Fine Foods. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in driving and delivering transactional excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including induction and probation
  • Support the organization's performance management framework, including employee relations issues and absence management
  • Administer leave policies, including annual leave, sick leave, and maternity/paternity leave
  • Oversee recruitment processes, including advertising, job offers, and contract administration
  • Process all leavers, including conducting exit interviews and analyzing exit data
  • Support management in employee relations issues, adhering to best practice and escalating serious incidents to the HR Business Partner
Requirements
  • Relevant degree or equivalent, preferably CIPD or working towards same
  • Good knowledge of UK employment legislation
  • Previous experience in a similar FMCG/manufacturing environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective written and oral communication
  • Team-focused and good at building relationships with stakeholders
  • Committed to continuous personal development
