As a Hotel Receptionist at Thornbury Castle, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an unforgettable stay. Your warm smile and exceptional customer service skills will make our guests feel like royalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming guests and checking them in and out of the hotel
  • Managing reservations, restaurant bookings, and guest requests
  • Providing information about the castle and its services, as well as local activities and attractions
  • Using the Opera Front Office System to efficiently manage guest stays
  • Assisting guests with their luggage and showing them to their rooms
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role, ideally in a 4* or above establishment
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Hotels PMS
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
