About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Content Creator to join our team at NEOM McLaren Electric Racing. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative social media content strategies to engage and grow our global audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media content plans to drive engagement and growth across our platforms
  • Collaborate with our Social Media & Content Manager to create high-quality content that aligns with our brand tone and voice
  • Manage and maintain our social media communities, ensuring a consistent and engaging experience for our followers
  • Work closely with our Formula 1, IndyCar, and esports social media teams to collectively grow the McLaren Racing brand
  • Support the execution of partner and licensing content across our social channels
  • Contribute to the growth of our McLaren Plus loyalty programme through social media activations
Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media publishing and content creation, with a strong understanding of social media tone and voice
  • Excellent copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills
  • Passion for social media community engagement and understanding of the role of social media in sports fan engagement
  • Demonstrable experience of shooting and editing social-first video content using a mobile phone
  • Ability to spot emerging social media trends
  • Experience of using Adobe Photoshop to edit social media graphics
