Job Summary:
We are seeking an ambitious and driven Financial Director to join our team at IPS Finance. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and support to our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present monthly management accounts with detailed variance analysis to forecast.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of HMRC returns (VAT, PAYE, CIS) and address any relevant queries.
- Develop and maintain weekly KPI reporting, including sales performance and short-term cash flow.
- Manage the annual audit and preparation of statutory returns.
- Implement and improve systems to enhance operational efficiency across the organization.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the Construction/House Building Sector is highly desirable.
- Strong financial management and leadership skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective financial systems and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
