- 5+ years of experience supporting senior-level executives.
- Highly organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and American Express applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent calendar management skills and ability to coordinate complex meetings and travel arrangements.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
