Job Title: Area Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Roundhouse Recruitment Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales engineers and developing business relationships with key clients in the water and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of sales engineers to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the water and gas industry
  • Strong business development skills and ability to build relationships with key clients
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
