About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team at E3 Recruitment. As a Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in contributing to capital improvement projects throughout their lifecycle, from conception to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer engineering expertise and guidance throughout all stages of the site capital program, from inception to completion.
  • Generate design deliverables for capital project design basis, HAZOP, LOPA, and datasheets.
  • Assist the operations teams in ensuring the ongoing safe operation of the production plant.
  • Identify prospective improvement projects in line with the company's Safe, Quality, Low Cost, Sustainable Tonnes (SQLCST) strategy.
  • Collaborate with operators and the operations day team to commission and implement projects.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to junior members of the department while peer reviewing and approving their work output.
Requirements
  • A degree in a relevant field, ideally with chartered status.
  • A minimum of 6 years' process engineering experience.
  • Expertise in both batch and continuous improvements, preferably in Upper Tier COMAH sites.
  • Proven knowledge of process design, calculations, specifications, and commissioning.
