Account Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our commercial team at Play Sports Group. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our commercial clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering commercial contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new business opportunities by working closely with the wider commercial and business development teams.
  • Deliver commercial contracts by taking responsibility for implementing the specifics of the contractual terms, in collaboration with our Legal department.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted business partner and providing honest and open insight to drive success.
  • Understand and learn about our clients' businesses, including their goals, challenges, and opportunities, to provide tailored solutions and support.
  • Deliver exceptional service and reporting by utilizing our company tools to provide clear and timely analysis of content featuring our brand partners.
  • Collaborate with the wider PSN team to ensure seamless communication and coordination, and to drive business growth and success.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the sports or media industry.
  • Proven track record of generating and managing commercial deals and contracts.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Passion for cycling and a commitment to delivering success.
