Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee the efficient operation of the practice, including staff management, facility oversight, and resource allocation.
  • Evaluate staff satisfaction and performance metrics across all departments.
  • Guarantee the provision of exceptional patient care by assessing patient satisfaction, clinical outcomes, and safety protocols.
  • Formulate and enforce practice policies and procedures in alignment with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, suppliers, GP partners, and external collaborators.
  • Maintain precise and current records, encompassing patient data, staff documentation, and performance analytics.
  • Supervise the Quality Outcome Framework (QOF), Locally Commissioned Services, and other claims to maximize revenue and adhere to best practices.
About the Candidate

While experience in primary care management is preferred, it is not mandatory. The ideal candidate will possess strong people management, communication, organizational, and IT capabilities. Familiarity with practice finance and business acumen would be beneficial in this role. You will have:

  • A minimum of five years of management experience (or equivalent), ideally in primary care.
  • Robust leadership and management abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The capacity to manage resources effectively and collaborate with all partners.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in healthcare management is advantageous.
