Mobile Plant Engineer

Location: West Midlands

As a Mobile Plant Engineer, you will be responsible for performing machine diagnostics, servicing, and repairs for a variety of heavy plant machinery. This customer-facing role requires building strong relationships with clients, presenting a professional image, and providing top-notch service solutions.

Your goal as a mobile plant engineer is to deliver exceptional customer service experiences.

Key Working Hours:

40 hours per week, 08:00 - 16:30

Overtime Policy:

After 8 hours: the first 4 hours at time and a half, thereafter paid at double time (daily).

Salary:

£34,000 - £41,000 per annum - OTE: £40,000 - £50,000+

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2, 3 or equivalent, with experience in construction, HGV, or agricultural heavy plant machinery sectors, including servicing and maintenance
  • Experience with hydraulic systems, open and closed loop, axles, transmissions (manual and power shift), cam-bus electrical systems, and similar machinery
  • Full UK driving licence required
