Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Academic Mentor for SEN.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with students who require additional support due to Special Educational Needs (SEN) and/or Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide academic support to students with SEN/SEMH needs
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans
  • Assist students in developing their academic and social skills
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about working with children and young people with SEN/SEMH needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the needs of students with SEN and/or SEMH and be able to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
