Service Improvement Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Tenancy Services team as a Service Improvement Assistant. This fixed-term temporary post will run until the end of March 2025.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Log and manage complaints and enquiries received through various channels, including Ombudsman's enquiries.
  • Chase outstanding responses and notify relevant managers or staff of complaints or enquiries requiring urgent attention.
  • Investigate, coordinate, and refine responses to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage conflicting priorities and demands within a busy public-facing service.
Requirements:
  • Experience in administration duties and excellent IT skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and report to the Service Improvement Officers.
