About the Role

We are seeking a Night Care Assistant to join our team. As a Night Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with their daily needs, providing companionship, and ensuring their safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support residents with their daily routines, including personal care and medication
  • Provide companionship and engage with residents in activities and conversations
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of residents, including responding to emergencies and incidents
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver high-quality care and support
