About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and happiness of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care and support to residents
- Assisting with daily routines and activities
- Building strong relationships with residents and their families
- Working collaboratively with other team members to deliver high-quality care

If you have experience in care or a related field, that's great However, if you're new to care, we'll provide all the training you need to start your care journey with us.
We're looking for someone who is good at communicating with people, enjoys working as part of a team, and is keen to learn and excel in their role.
