About Hungerford House
Hungerford House is a residential care home providing a warm and welcoming environment for our residents. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Carer to join our team.
Job Summary
We are looking for a Night Carer to provide high-quality care and support to our residents during the night shift. As a Night Carer, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our residents, providing personal care, and promoting a safe and comfortable environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Assist residents with medication and other treatments as required
- Monitor residents' health and well-being, reporting any concerns to the care team
- Support residents with their daily routines, including meal times and activities
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents, including cleaning and tidying living areas
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a compassionate and empathetic individual with excellent communication skills. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
