We are seeking an experienced and skilled engineer to join our engineering team at Coveris, a leading European print & packaging company. Job Role:

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our plant and equipment. This will involve carrying out fault finding, problem solving, and planned and preventative maintenance tasks to maximize equipment uptime and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and downtime
  • Respond to internal customer needs to maximize production uptime according to given priorities
  • Complete all necessary documentation to ensure accuracy and audit readiness
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for improvements to promote Health & Safety and operational efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
  • Engineering specific qualification from an apprenticeship
  • Experience of working as a Maintenance Engineer in industrial/manufacturing environments
  • Proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop
  • Experience in electrical and mechanical fault finding
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive attitude
