About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Recruitics. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify and qualify new business leads through telesales, email, and other means.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and grow the sales pipeline by developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Account Management: Develop and execute account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Communication and Presentation: Prepare and deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and sales pitches to customers and prospects.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activity, and pipeline progress.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • Experience: 2+ years of sales experience in a related industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in CRM software.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and prospects.
