About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Representative to join our team at Mitchell Maguire, a specialist Construction Field Sales Recruitment Consultancy. As an Internal Sales Representative - Partition Systems, you will be responsible for selling a manufactured range of partitioning systems, acoustic panels, and movable walls, including installation and repair/refurbishment services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generating new business with a focus on the residential, hospitality, educational, and healthcare sectors, including schools, hospitals, building contractors, fit-out contractors, offices, hotels, and universities.
  • Maintaining and nurturing existing accounts to ensure continued business growth.
  • Targeting 7 new customers per month and achieving sales targets.
  • Processing orders and following up on quotes to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Dealing with incoming enquiries via telephone and email to provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Proven sales/business development experience, ideally in the construction or interior/exterior building products sector.
  • Sales negotiation experience and a bubbly, outgoing personality with a get-up-and-go attitude.
  • Driven, hungry, and tenacious, with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
