Job Summary

The Commercial team is responsible for managing budgets and overseeing projects to ensure they stay within budget and meet deadlines. As a vital member of the team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and timely responses to client queries.
  • Liaising with the Credit Control team to assist with the timely management of cash receipts.
  • Assisting the team with the preparation of subcontract and supplier orders.
  • Assisting in the timely preparation of client applications for payment, checking and processing invoices, payment certificates, and pay-less notices.
  • Assisting the team to prepare monthly statutory reports.
  • Managing project databases to ensure that documents, reports, and other relevant information are recorded in the correct database locations.
  • Preparing for and attending regular departmental meetings.
  • Assisting the team with general office duties and daily commercial tasks.

Requirements

To meet the entry requirements for this programme, we need you to have:

  • 5 GCSEs at grade A*-C/4-9, including English and Maths.
  • Basic IT skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • The commitment to live and breathe our company values during your work and studies.
  • The motivation and dedication to successfully complete your apprenticeship programme.
