We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Quality Service Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage financial transactions and maintain accurate records using Sage Line 50.
- Communicate with banks and track account balances to ensure timely payments.
- Prepare and file quarterly VAT returns and other financial documents.
- Process customer invoices and collect debts in a timely manner.
- Implement credit control procedures to minimize bad debts.
- Reconcile supplier statements and make timely payments to maintain good relationships.
- Process payroll on Sage software and reconcile all PAYE, Pension & Net wages accounts.
- Manage employee expenses and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare and review monthly management accounts to ensure financial stability.
- Assist the accountant in providing information for annual accounts.
- Perform general administrative duties to maintain office efficiency.
- Prior office managing experience.
- Extensive Sage Line 50 experience.
- Excellent computer and administrative skills.
- Payroll experience.
Monday to Thursday, 9:00 am - 15:00, with a 30-minute lunch break each day. Friday, 9:00 am - 15:00, with a 30-minute lunch break.
Rate of Pay:£16.00 per hour, depending on experience.
