As a Bench Joiner, you will play a vital role in crafting exceptional timber products such as bespoke furniture, kitchens, and cabinets. Your expertise and meticulous attention to detail will ensure that every piece meets the highest standards of functionality and aesthetic appeal.

Responsibilities
  • Construct fitted furniture with precision, adhering to detailed specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, prioritizing safety at all times.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and self-motivation, working independently and as part of a team.
  • Contribute to process improvements by collaborating with fellow craftsmen.
Requirements
  • Possess an NVQ/Diploma Level 2 qualification in Bench Joinery or equivalent.
  • Have a minimum of two years of proven experience in bench joinery roles.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in operating both shop machinery and hand/power tools.
  • Exhibit excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
