{"h1": "Electrical Compliance Technician", "p": "At Paradigm Housing Group, we're seeking a skilled Electrical Compliance Technician to join our Compliance Testing team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring 100% electrical compliance for all Paradigm properties.

Your responsibilities will include carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), installations, servicing, repairs, and rewires of domestic properties.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* Extensive experience in domestic installations, periodic inspections, fault finding, servicing, repairs, and rewires.
* Relevant certifications: City and Guilds 2365 Level 2 and 3 (or equivalent), and 17th or 18th Edition qualification.
* A strong understanding of relevant legislation, including construction, building regulations, and health and safety.
* A full, valid driving licence.
