Flight Coordinator Job Description

247 Aviation Limited is a leading provider of high-priority medical flights and executive jet travel services. We are seeking a talented Trainee Flight Coordinator to join our team at Belfast International Airport, Northern Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and face-to-face interaction.
  • Generate quotes and flight itineraries for aircraft movements.
  • Arrange charter flights for high-priority medical and executive jet travel.
  • Coordinate flights and ground movements, including ground handling, transportation, and slot times.
  • Work with various computer software programs to track flights and update clients and service providers.
  • Flight logging and issuing invoices to clients.
  • Participate in a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, including night shifts, to ensure 247 availability to clients.
  • Crew scheduling and flight planning.
  • Other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs grade C and above, including English and Maths (or equivalent).
  • Ability to work to a flexible schedule.
  • Team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English, including excellent written and oral communication.
  • Valid clean driving license.
Desirable Criteria:
  • Flight operations knowledge or previous flight coordinator experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
