Position Overview:
Opus Perm is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring exceptional care standards for adults with learning disabilities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify that all client documentation adheres to established standards.
  • Assess client requirements and ensure their integration into support plans, ensuring staff compliance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement necessary modifications.
  • Draft comprehensive risk assessments.
  • Develop effective quality assurance protocols and strategies for ongoing enhancement.
  • Offer guidance and support to team members.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in a social care setting, particularly with individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs, along with risk assessment capabilities.
  • Understanding of pertinent health and safety regulations and care legislation.
  • Familiarity with legal standards in health and social care.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Preferably possess an RQF Level 3 Award in Health & Social Care or a related qualification.
  • Valid driving license is required.
  • Knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act is a plus.
