**About the Role**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Amberley Lodge Care Home in Purley, Surrey. As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead and supervise your shift, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation
* Case manage residents and liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to create and deliver personalized care plans
* Administer and record medication, maintaining accurate records and adhering to protocols
* Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate potential risks
* Work closely with care assistants to support residents with daily needs, promoting independence and activity
* Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and improve services
**Requirements**
* NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent experience
* Proven ability to lead and supervise others, with excellent communication and organizational skills
* IT literate and adept at allocating and delegating work effectively
* Experience in care planning processes and medication administration
* A natural ability to make a positive impact on residents' lives
