We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Support Worker to join our dedicated team at Russell Hill, an epilepsy specialist care provider.

As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will provide direct care and support to individuals with complex needs, working closely with our nursing team to assess, plan, and deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Assist the nursing team with care planning and delivery
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to achieve planned outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

Requirements:

  • A genuine interest in providing person-centred care
