About the Role:
Care UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing care and clinical services that meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver high-quality care services that meet regulatory requirements and exceed resident expectations.
- Lead the introduction and development of colleagues, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional care and services.
- Monitor and analyze care and clinical KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address these.
- Embed best practice and compliance across the organization, ensuring that all care and clinical initiatives are aligned with our values and standards.
Requirements:
- Active NMC registration and a strong background in nursing.
- Proven experience in quality and governance, ideally in a care home setting.
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
