Job Overview:
We are in search of a meticulous and proactive Sourcing and Procurement Analyst to become a vital part of our Supply Chain Management division.

The successful candidate will be tasked with identifying and acquiring high-quality materials, products, and services at competitive rates to ensure the smooth and cost-effective functioning of our operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute procurement strategies aligned with the company's needs.
  • Assess and select potential vendors based on quality, pricing, and dependability.
  • Negotiate agreements, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure beneficial arrangements.
  • Oversee supplier performance and cultivate strong partnerships to promote ongoing improvement and compliance with contracts.
  • Evaluate market dynamics and identify risks to make well-informed purchasing choices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to predict demand and regulate inventory levels.
  • Prepare and manage purchase orders, requisitions, and other procurement documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  • Address any issues or discrepancies related to orders, deliveries, or invoices.
  • Maintain precise procurement records and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
* 3+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with market research, data analysis, and purchasing best practices.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Certification in procurement (e.g., CPM, CPSM) is advantageous.
